This may not be new but it's the first I've heard of it, today on HSN.  It's a service where you can receive current and back issues of dozens of the most popular magazines online for a flat fee of $9.99/monthly.   Lots of fashion magazines.

I love to read magazines but hate having them scattered all over, so this is perfect.  The weekly mags including People and Time can be added for $14.99/mo.  You can download the app on the HSN home page or the appropriate app store.  HSN offers a free trial period.

Hey, @Kachina624.  That sounds interesting!  I can't seem to get caught up on reading mine, so they are scattered as well.  Have you read magazines online before?  I remember trying once and the online content was different than the print version.  Maybe it was that particular magazine, can't even remember what it was (maybe Redbook).  Might be worth it, especially since they are offering a free trial.

I have subscribed for several years.  I love it!  The content is the same as the hard copy magazines.  All of the issues are archived and I love not having piles of magazines around.  When we travel and I look at the magazine stands threre is never anything I want that is not already available on my ipad.  I believe that there is a 30 day free trial (there was when I started.)  I recommend trying it.  I do have to say though that when I had an older iPad the service was not as good as it is on my new one.

The only downside I see is that if you start downloading tons of magazines and never discard any, it's really going to eat up your memory.  Thankfully, mine is expandable.

I think you miss some of the visual experience when viewing online, like the gowns stars wore on the red carpet or epic scenes from National Geographic, but I adjust to it.

I never heard of this before but I did subscribe of some individually.  I think this is exactly the same as the print version.
