Terror Behind the Walls in Philly - who is running that joint ?

My 18 yo son and a couple drove from Baltimore to Philadelphia for Terror Behind the Walls - at Eastern State Penitentiary listed as a National Historic Landmark. The tickets for the Haunted Penitentiary are $20/each. I printed out 3 - $3.00 discount tickets from the site. When the kids where paying for their tickets, the people working the check-in DID NOT HAVE CHANGE FOR A $20. The couple paid for their tickets with a $20 bill and the remaining balance of $14 on a debit card. My son paid the full admission price of $20 (because they did not have $3 change).

I called the number listed on the ad to complain and left a message but I don't expect a call-back and explaination. As much as a pain teenagers are, they get the shaft ALOT from adults. Last night was example of adults taking advantage of kids. They never would have gotten away with doing something like that to adult.
