Thank you for the information, but they show on my account page two different orders for the same item at the same time...so in their view, I place two orders with different order numbers. No way to prove otherwise.

CS has been ATROCIOUS over the past year (especially)- It should NOT require multiple calls to get a simple issue resolved. I also had to call over a more significant issue- I was told SIX times that a manager would return my call within 24 hours- NOT ONCE did I receive a callback. After a month, I had to give up! RIDICULOUS
I do not shop much at all anymore.

Just got the pkgs ready to mail back to Q. I used the " prepaid" label...and then read $8.95 would be deducted from my refund...for each pkg, including the one I did NOT order....so free returns is a lie..... but it seems like some viewers believe it. Am already out $11 for shipping it here....but it's $17 to ship it back. What a racket.

I cannot say I order much for the Q these days, mosty the high prices and the fact I can find like products somewhere else and usually cheaper. However whenever I have needed customer service to help me they have been more than kind and understanding. I have had lost packages, packages that arrived but were not what I ordered, packages that were damaged. In all cases the Q has fixed the problem.
In my case the "trick" is not to have too many mishaps and they are willing to make it right immediately.

As someone who worked at HR at a huge Big Box Corp. and often came "out of the office" often to work the sales floor, I can tell you that customers can be down right WRONG at a service counter.
The old adage of the customer always being right, isn't so anymore.
Check your attitude at the door when making a return and have your receipt,
you'd be surprised how easy it can be!
And, yes, most stores are fully aware if you are a chronic returner. All of us pay for that too.
