It is a Stan Herman poncho.  I have it and love it.  The reviews are mixed, but I like everything by Stan.

I just received my plaid poncho. It's very cute!  Haven't tried it on yet, but I'm sure it will be fine.  I bought it for WFH this winter. My desk is in front of a window and I freeze. I'm hoping the extra layer will keep me cozy.
