Teresa Guidice rumored to have divorce papers ready to file

Various news outlets have reported that Teresa Guidice has drawn up divorce papers, and will file them after sentencing on 10/2/14.

Does anyone think she will actually go through with it?

Don't make someone a priority when all you are to them is an option.

I've seen this on and off in the tabloids.

If true there must be a reason legally. Possibly they know she will continue to make the money and they do not want the creditors and government to get their hands on future earnings. I say Joe is going to take the fall for everything.

Yes, I can see her doing whatever it takes to make life easier/better for herself. If there is an advantage/positive side/better opportunity to her being divorced, she'll take it.
