I really thought that"Almost Heaven" (along with "Sweet Home") was the absolute best answer on this post.  I am really surprised at a few who were not sure about it!

 

BTW...

Since we have already had 

        Witch Trials and Cape Cod,

how about Plymouth Rock?  The Kennedys?  Tea Party?
