Re: Tell me about a TV episode you can watch over and over

What a fun thread!  One of my faves is the Friends episode where Phoebe gets married.  It is outside in the middle of a blizzard and Phoebe takes off her coat and says "i'll be my something blue"

this is actually a two episode arc of all in the family......it is ediths birthday and she fights off an attempted rape in her own home.

another one that was a two episode arc and featured edith predominantly was a christmas holiday episode. she loses her friend beverly lasalle (a performer/female impersonator) who is mugged and then dies at the hospital.

The Fawlty Towers episode where Basil keeps saying, "Don't mention the war!"

All in the Family when Sammy Davis Jr. kisses Archie. One of the longest laughs by a studio audience.

I can watch reruns of NCIS LA all day.  Too many episodes from TV's Golden Years to mention.

I remember one episode of The Golden Girls, where Sophia makes friends with a man who has Alzheimer's.

Another episode of The Golden Girls is where Blanche's dad passes away.

She and Dorothy are at the cemetery, and Blanche says to Dorothy, "I'm nobody's little girl anymore, Dorothy."

Re: Tell me about a TV episode you can watch over and over

I was very young when first introduced to the Honeymooners series with the Kramdens and Nortons.  Since the fifties I have watched this series whenever it is on and have the DVD's.  I love every episode and to this day while I can recite the script of most of the shows, I still laugh heartily and I use funny lines all the time from the different episodes.  There are many many other favorite shows with great episodes but the Honeymooners has been the longest running favorite for me.

The Cosby Show where the entire family lip-syncs a Ray Charles song (something about the Night Time). It was hilarious!

That's just one of many, but the first one that I thought of....
