My husband doesn't own a cell phone, but back in the day when men had little black books, I checked out who he had in his. Of course, this is before we were married or even engaged and he didn't bring the book into the marriage, if he did I never saw it and I'm a snooper.

I have been single since 1990 but prior to then we had only land line phones, so no chance of checking to see if anything was amiss.  As for going through a wallet, I will admit I was tempted a few times but didn't do it.
