No Politics...Just an Observation.

Lately, I've been seeing the National Anthem being sung by different individuals playing with patriotic imagery. I really like them and the patriotic way it makes me feel. Reminds me of the old days when the television used to sign off to dead air. I think the commercials are beautiful and a good way to promote unity like we were taught in the 50's and 60's. Anyone else enjoy them? 🇺🇸🦅✨🤗

I remember hearing the national anthem when stations were "signing off".   Would also wake up on the sofa where I had fallen asleep to see the tv screen covered in static.   Had forgotten about that.

I remember music, but mostly I remember the poem "High Flight" being read:

Before our local CBS station in Pittsburgh comes on with the news at 4:30 A.M. they play the National Antherm - a young girl is singing it beautifully - and yes with patriotic images and other images of America.  It's nice.

Yes, my favorite plays the natioal anthem every saturday morning at 6 am, when they start the new week. Makes me so proud, I love my country,and I've been around since 1934, so I've seen alot. No place on earth like it.

The weekend show that we love plays the National Anthem performed by various groups  and viewers send in the most awesome patriotic pictures.  It makes me proud to be an american.

I have not seen it either but I do remember the television sign off's as a child.  I loved them.  I felt like the National Anthem as been getting more of its rightful respect lately.  I hope and pray so.
