@Trailrun23 Good. Now the state or government won't have to spend money keeping this piece of garbage alive.

Should not have been allowed to live that long.

I was surprised to read that he was 81.  Good riddance.

I am curious how someone commits suicide in a jail cell.

@lgfan,

At 12:23 a.m. on June 10, 2023, emergency workers were called to Kaczynski's cell after he was found unresponsive. He could not be revived, and was transferred to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at the age of 81. His death was publicly announced by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Prison officials believe he committed suicide.

I don't see any definite indication yet of how he died.  He was in a federal prison medical facility.

I'm only glad he's dead.  A shame it didn't come sooner, although he said that he would prefer the death penalty to spending the rest of his (worthless - my word) life in prison, so perhaps justice was served after all by his extended incarceration.
