Tear off money pads?

Do any of you know which bank, if any offer the tear off money pads filled with new $1 bills?

Years ago someone gave them to my children as Christmas gifts and they are a great stocking stuffer. I've tried google and can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in Michigan - Detroit Metro area.
