Over on the Kitchen Forum, Mfc posted this wonderful YouTube video of "A Math Genius Slices Cake".  Maybe you are familiar with this gentleman, but I got so excited! I love it when math and science is showcased in things we do everyday, and can be sheer fun! I wish things like this would have been around when I was a kid.

 

Some people have a knack for taking subjects that many might consider dull and boring and making them fresh and exciting.

 

I want to get his book entitled "The Grapes of Math"- sounds fun! Some middle agents have taken to doing puzzles to sharpen their brains and memory: I'm honing my math capabilities. You are never too old to learn!

I saw the video but it didn't seem to have anything to do with "math."
