According to this article a 12 year old girl who was angry at being reprimanded, conspired with a girlfriend to accuse this teacher of molesting her. Also, according to the article the chief investigator appeared to have an agenda (as another of her cases of child molestation was dismissed after she admitted that she had "misstated" facts).

So now his life is essentially in ruins and nothing happens to the girl. While I am generally against lawsuits, I think he should file against the school (which even after his acquittal refuses to pay his attorney fees), the police, and the girl's parents (yes I think they are responsible for this little darling and should pay the consequences).
