Have you seen the dash cam video of the Dover cop lip synching to Taylor Swift?It is so funny and it looks like the cop is having his own party on the job

Have you seen the Kelly Ripa/Michael Strahan version of Shake It Off? First watch the Taylor Swift video, then watch Kelly's.

It has been revealed that the "dashboard cam" video was a stunt:

The video was staged, said Mark Hoffman, spokesman for Dover Police Department. "This was done in fun," he added. Hoffman said the production took about 15 minutes to tape.
