Years ago, I loved Target and bought all my toiletries & cleaning supplies there as well as a few other miscellaneous items. However, once our new store was built, prices went through the roof. That and the fact that I never really cared for most, if not all, their clothing lines just don't tempt me to ever go there. The only time I do is if I'm with someone that wants to stop.

Every single Target I've been to in several states, has been SPOTLESS. There was one that was getting remodeled that was 'less than spotless'...but after it was finished, it was the corporate standard of super clean. Bright, cheery...love.
