According to a hospital rep, a terrible mistake was made when her death was announced prematurely but now she is apparently deceased. Lawsuit worthy?  Cringe worthy definitely!

Lawsuit? Who? The boyfriend made the premature announcement, not the hospital!

The hospital came out with a statement apologizing for their error.
