I tried Tan Towels many years ago with very limited results. I am wondering if their formulation is the same, or if they have been improved over the years. I also wonder the same about, (I think it is by Jergens), a similar treatment as Tan Towels, only in lotion form. If you have had recent experience, please give me your opinion. TIA. Demitra

I used them years ago and had great results....people would swear it was a real tan.

I work with a woman (who I don't know) who always had the perfect "tan". We were on line in the cafeteria together one day, and I asked if she just got back from vacation and she said she uses Jergens....which I also got good results from.

I love Tan Towels. I have them on auto ship. I find them easy to use and I get nice glow.

I haven't used Jergen's for years. It didn't seem to work that well for me.

Before Tan Towels I used Loreal's tan wipes. They are very nice too.

I just like that the tan towel kts I get have the facial wipes as well that don't upset my sensitive skin.

i have the tan towels on auto ship for a number of years now. for me they beat everything. they are easy to use, easy to carry, no mess, can be used all over, and give you a nice golden skintone.

So do you assume the formulation has been the same all these years? I have light skin that burns readily in the sun, so maybe that has something to do with my limited success using those two products. Ugh, wish something worked for me. The last several summers I have used Sally Hanson spray on legs. I like it, but feel like I need to scrub it off every night. Think I will at least try something different this spring.

Dimitra....if you have fair skin, you may have to build your tan over a few days....then use once in awhile to maintain it?

Have you given it enough time?

Hi Lotus, It has been several years, so I really can't quite remember what I did. I guess I'll give them another try. Thanks for the tip of using them every day.

I get great results from tan towels. I tried the Jergens stuff and did not like the smell and after a week it got streaky when I used it and nothing before then. I have seen some really young women get great results from it but their skin is nearly flawless and not the same as older skin.

Well, I pulled the trigger and placed an order. Can't wait to give them a try. I just hope I can tell I've used them. Oh, by the way, I think if I used them on my face they would exccenuate my dark spots. Any experience with that?

demitra, i use them on my face and they are fine, but i have an olive skintone that tans easily. at least you have the 30 days to try them out. if they dont work just return them for a refund. do you have an hsn card? they will even credit you back the shipping fees via spendable kash if you use their return label.

if you were my neighbor i would just give you a few to try!
