Order again only refers to the item, you still have to put in the number of items.

@chrystaltree this is the ointment I ordered in November that I did the ORDER AGAIN on.....it says twin pack. The combs are no longer available but were billed as a 4 pack on the original order.

If I were you, I would compare the expiration date(s) from the ones you got from Amazon & the ones in your neighborhood store(s).

Sounds like their order again system is broken. They do need to send you the additional items or refund your money! Thanks for the heads up @MamaWick . I've only used order again a few times and it was luckily not on any multipacks.

I have been having lots of shipping problems with different companies. Amazon sent me an empty box. Nothing in it. Not even my order.
They do make good on orders though. Shipping big problem.
My Petco order didn't come in, so they overnight shipped me another, and the first pkg came today along with another box, the overnight one. I always check tracking, and there was not tracking for first one. It's an "it" show today.
It's time comsuming, but with what going on in the world, small potatoes.
