TSV on Lisa Robertson's Show

I've waited all day to see Lisa's show. The set is beautiful and so much to look at. I may not be able to afford everything shown, but after all the time she and others took to decorate the set, a full 20 minutes is wasted showing the TSV. QVC has sold over 160,00 units and is it really necessary to feature this again? What a mistake in my opinion. Many people on the Forum have been talking about her presentation for weeks and to take time away from her show is a shame. Even if you don't buy one thing, you can get ideas to use with the Christmas decorations you already have. It's just how I feel, and may not reflect what others think.

Re: TSV on Lisa Robertson's Show

QVC is in business to make money, and it is Lisa Robertson's job to sell things. Apparently, the TSV is a very popular item, so why would they not continue to push it for sales. In the end, that is the primary goal of everything QVC does -- not entertainment and not giving people decorating ideas.

Well, it didn't slow me down - I bought the cloche before the show, along w/Valerie's round lazy susan mirror, & also got the 5 ft tree & the 3 champagne glitter trees. I have my own ribbons, picks, garlands & mini lights, thankfully, so saved $ there. Can hardly wait until Thanksgiving when I can put my new tree up!

Re: TSV on Lisa Robertson's Show

You're seriously kabishing about her presenting the TSV? That is the whole point of the TSV, to highlight it, then present the other items. The set was gorgeous, I was tempted by many things, and yes I even ordered the TSV. You waited all day to see Lisa's show???? LOLOL.... how sad is that? If you are so obsessed, I am sure you can go watch the videos for most of the items she presented, and get decorating ideas. Wow... some of you women really freak me out!

Re: TSV on Lisa Robertson's Show

According to other posts, many agreed with my opinion that the presentation of the TSV during Lisa's CIJ show was too long or unnecessary. You, along with others, may be of a different mindset and that's your viewpoint. Everyone of us can choose what to watch and when to watch. I am not obsessed, nor should anyone feel sad about my choice of programming. It could be said that some individuals are obsessed with posting their opinions on the Forum, but I am not sad for them. To each his own.

Re: TSV on Lisa Robertson's Show

I didn't watch the show but did take a peek at what she presented.

$30 for 3 spools of wired ribbon? Do you know how much wired ribbon you can buy at Michael's for $30 - lots. Just because it was designed for Lisa doesn't mean the quality is any better.
