All is well.   I have learned this is just a matter of different opinions and ways we go about sharing them.  Thank you for sharing what to expect here and how to best get along with others in cyber space.  Stuck on the couch for a few days.

I have actually had some learning experiences here such as cooking and cleaning.  Who knows how great I will be after I put to use much of the great advice I read.  Just kidding about being a great guy. Smiley LOL

Have a great day and New Year.

Re: TROLL? Why be rude to others?

I have SOOOO much to learn to post here on this forum. I have seen no posts that should have been removed by QVC unless they were posts I did not see.

I think everyone voiced their opinions both negative and positive in a very polite way.

I had no idea until yesterday that someone could report a poster to the moderators but I in no form or fashion did so.  I only know this because of the post stating they were reporting a post to the moderator.

I am fine with that as what is offensive to one if not always offensive to others.

I am just shocked that some posts were removed because I was actually getting some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism along with those that supported me.  I am a grown man that has improved my status in life from receiving CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

Please, do not feel that I had any posts removed as I truly don't even know which posters had their posts removed.

Guess you can see that the word of advice to get hard headed is still being worked on by me as I don't want anyone's feelings hurt.

@onewhiteSparrow

Maybe what we thought was rudeness was actually just a person(s) voicing their opinion in a way unlike what we are used to in our area of the country.

I am going to think positive and try to not read into posts comments that may not be what I think they are.

I am not able to go outside until Monday and than I will be back to my normal routine.

I hope you have learned like I have not to take anything on the forum personally.  No one here really knows you so you should not take it personal.

That was my problem, I was treating this forum as if it were people that had known me for years (similar to Facebook).   For me it will take a while to get to know people.

Hope you are having a good day!

Re: TROLL? Why be rude to others?

@INDIANA BONES  FYI the post referring to me as a serpentine lurking around was removed but I didn't report it.  As for the poster who said she was reporting someone, that poster didn't indicate who.   But once something was reported to a Moderator, I assume the Mod read the whole thread at that time and deleted what he or she thought best to delete.

Also FYI - we aren't allowed to talk about political stuff or it'll get deleted.

Pearley,  I have don't have any idea why your comments were deleted.  I don't remember anything you stated as being rude enough to get deleted.  I thought you were helpufl to me.  Lots to learn here.

Thank you for responding!  Enjoy your Sunday.

Raven,  something I should know.  Yes or know will sacrifice. Anyone, just respond to this as YES and I will know.

I am limited to the posts I can participate in that I don't really get to know everyone's cyberspace personatlities quickly and advice is always helpful but how can this be done.

@INDIANA BONES  My comments weren't deleted. The post that was deleted was a not-nice-post about me and the reason the Mod gave for the deletion was that it was "calling out another poster" [in a not nice way].

@INDIANA BONES oh dude, there is not a yes or no answer for your question.........and to be honest, I don't think I would trust it if there was

The best and only way you are going to get to know someone's cyberpersonality it to interact with them..........read what they have posted to others and then draw your own conclusions as to what you think.........don't buy someone elses word...........good luck and I still think you are far too sane for this joint. lol..................................raven
