TRACKING Q RETURNS

I could probably call CS; but I'd rather ask the folks on this board. I"ll probably get a more factual answer.

I did a return using the pre-paid label provided with my purchase. Mailed it at the post office last Thurs. I made a copy of the label thinking I could use the numbers on it to track the progress on line.

I've gone to the USPS tracking site and none of the numbers I entered seem to be valid. The label has 2 sets if numbers, one at the bottom by the larger barcode and one towards the top of the label by the smaller barcode.

I'm guessing that I'm not able to track it....am I right.{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
