Re: TIRED OF QVC NOT POSTING ANY OF MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!

The p[presentations have been clear that the new system only uses the newer cups. The packaging states this. The manual states this. People have been discussing this issue for months prior to the release date on these boards. Online reviews clearly indicate this, and Keurig was clear regarding this issue from its first announcement.

How much more information needs to be shared? At this point, if you pur hase the macine and are unaware of this limitation, then the responsibility falls upon you.

You do have to investigate all products thoroughly. You can't blame the Q or any one person

for your failure when not being aware of all perks pertaining to a product you are buying.

Especially on a high priced item . I thought everyone gathers all of the facts about products from as many varied sources as possible, paying close attention to customer reviews, etc. Gotta get all details in before buying anything these days.

Re: TIRED OF QVC NOT POSTING ANY OF MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!

I usually preach the same thing as Remee and say the consumer has a bigger responsibility than ever before. There are too many tricks and sales tactics and we have to research what we're buying.

In this case though, I think the information on Q's website is a misleading. It references k-cups but doesn't say they aren't the usual kind of k-cups.

That said, it took me about 30 seconds to find out that the 2.0 can't use the regular k-cups by looking at keurig's website. When buying something new, expensive, or a new model, I always look at the product's own website for some basic information.
