THe burning question of the day-What in heaven's name is a "lounge suit"?

as noted on the William and Kate wedding invite. I know what a morning suit is (like a cutaway with tails, lapels on the jacket but the jacket is open does not button and is worn with a vest) but what the heck is a "lounge suit"?
