Yes, it is.  Maybe they are still working on things.   At least they fixed that issue with the forum list links.

It was better earlier today but for the last couple of hours I have gotten incredibly slow times and lots of error messages.  I assumed they have installed an update that is causing this, I hope they can correct this quickly.

Thanks! I also have to click the heart 2 or 3 times to heart a post and sometimes I get an error message when I hearted a post.

Yes, I noticed that too.  Slooowwww as molasses.  I wonder if it's just the board or if ordering is slow too.
