I did not realize they were still performing. Good for them! This is from a few years ago. Makes me glad to see that, after the tragedy and difficulties they've apparently endured. Love to see them in their 60's and 70's having a great time on stage with the sweet song, "The Rain, The Park and Other Things".

I loved that song. Unfortunately, the lead singer, Bill, died in 2006. But the current singer sounds almost exactly like him.
Thanks for the video! It brought back a lot of memories.

Yes, @Sushismom , I think there are just three Cowsills who perform now, the three in the clip. Plus supplementary band members. Extraordinary to think they were the prototype for "The Partridge Family".
I've seen Susan Cowsill interviewed on the subject of the abuse she suffered from her alcholic father, and just think that for these surviving family members to have come through what they did, and still be working, wow. Glad for them, and for all survivors of torment.

Wow. That is a blast from the past. I saw them perform when I was a kid at the Steel Pier in Atlantic City. I think the daughter was around the same age as me.

Ah, thanks, @DREAMON . It made me happy too!

You see a lot of people from that time, the '50s/60's die of lung disease of some type - cigarettes. Rock stars, hollywood stars ordinary people. Died relatively young, eary 50's or 60's, some younger.

I saw them there too, think it was summer of either 1968 or 1969.
