Carolyn is such a sweetheart who knows her job is to present products in a easy factual way, and given some of the 'polarizing' personalities who replaced her during her absence I think viewers/customers appreciate her professionalism all the more. Carolyn has recently been thru alot dealing with health issues (something that has touched, or will touch our own lives at some point) and she did so with grace....seeing her come back feeling and looking great is an inspiration for many. Such a classy lady!

I think Carolyn just does her job - she's not out to entertain us or not into impressing us with her actions. She just gets the job done! I appreciate it. I get tired of the hosts looking at themselves through the whole show or trying to be silly or talk over the vendors. I love listening to her voice - it's non-irritating!

I don't think he reads from the card all the time - just when enumerating the health benefits of the humidifier. I guess he doesn't want to make any unintentional misrepresentations. Also, I too am glad about Carolyn's return. She looks healthy.

I agree that she doesn't make the show all about her..she is matter of fact about her products she has in her show!!

I agree about Carolyn so glad she is back! And the Innovations guy....he's llike that Perricone woman who reads the same "studies" from the card for years now,I think. It's humorous.😁

Im happy that Carolyn is back. She looks terrific and has a positive outlook on life. I dont know if I could be that brave.
