@on the bay, your size 3 in your chosen font looks good to me. I read and post from my phone using size 4 in Lucinda Sans Unicode.
On the phone screen it's a comfortable reading size.

If you need to use a larger size for reading ease and comfort, then do so. But posting in all caps or all bold is considered, and widly accepted as rude by well established Nettiquette standards.
It's common to organize your thoughts, and separate them by paragraphs. Big solid blocks of words without breaks makes reading difficult, and people often dismiss them without reading.
