@sidsmomI couldn't agree with you more as she is into extreme body building.  You have to eat real food as you have said before in other posts and not be heavily dependant on supplements and protein powders.  

The 80 year old body builder is not extreme, imo though it's unusual to see someone that age so fit and strong.

Teresa was at Crystal Springs pool when my family and I were there. She had recently gotten out of prison and her body looked phenomenal.  She was very fit but still looked feminine.  My personal opinion is she looked so much better then. I agree it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to look like this but it isn't an appealing look to me.  That being said, I wish I had it in me to commit to any kind of exercise/diet program!
