I have a Teeter brand inversion table that I use mostly during the warmer months because I play too much golf which messes with my back. I do about 90% inversion, feels wonderful, and gives me some relief.
However, this is not for everyone and should be approved by your physician before proceeding.

That's not even possible. YOU control the level of inversion. Read up on how it actually works.

I purchased an inversion table from QVC about 20 years ago. I loved how it made me feel taller through my spine. My problem was it had large metal clamps across the top of your feet. The tops of my feet were terribly sore and black and blue. Eventually we gave the table away.

The instructions now tell you to wear some type of boot. I either put on some close-fitting Ugg-type boots or hiking boots. No problems with sore feet.

I thought one's ankles are restrained or secured somehow. I would be afraid I might get flustered and be unable to get my feet loose when I returned to the upright position.

We bought some real thick padded clamps since our daughter was around 11 when she started using it.
