we have three amazon branded cards......an amazon american express (amex rewards points, 5% back, 90 days payment terms), an amazon visa through chase (5% back), and a store branded amazon card through synchrony (amazon points and 5% back).......all applied for via the amazon website/prime.

I really dislike Synchrony Bank .I have NEVER had a problem because I pay way before it is even due, but I just do not like them at all.

 

Since I have not been shopping at QVC much at all,I'm seriuosly thinking of cancelling my QCd. because of Syncrony Bank 


Me, tooI was charged two different times for a late charge. How can a check be late when you mailed it two weeks before it was due? I tried calling them but you cannot get a real person. (I can understand that!!)

My bank statement shows they didn't cash it for 2 weeks after I mailed it. One of the charges was before the mail was slowed by the pandemic, so they can't blame it on that. I'm in the process of paying it off and will then close my Q account unless they change banks. They haven't changed their computer programmer so I'm sure they aren't going to change their bank.
