Should high school girls be required to wear butt exposing swimwear that deprives girls with thoughtful parents from participating?

The photo is not an accurate depiction of how these suits look in practice or competition. It looks pulled up in the photo.

It's not just the design of the swimwear; anatomy has a lot to do with whether or not butt cheeks will be exposed.
Remember when the longer legged, one piece suits (for both male and female) were supposed to prevent drag in the water? Swimmers complained they were uncomfortable.
We've discussed female athletic wear versus male athletic wear before. (especially during the Olympics) In track, females wear athletic bikinis while males wear shorts and tank tops. In gymnastics, females wear tight fitting leotards while men wear shorts and tank tops.
