Suzanne Somers Marriage

Since she has started her new book tour, and even before that, on ShopNBC, I have heard her say she has been married 43 years. Now she is 63. She married Alan Hamel in 1977. Math? That says 33 years to me.They both were married before, she had a son with her ex, and he has two grown children with his ex now.Why does she not clear this up? I heard Kelly Ripa say to her, "I can't believe you have been married 43 years" today...well she has not been married 43 years....This annoys me....
