Callie is filling in for Suzanne now on her usual Sat afternoon show. Callie said Suzanne will return in a few weeks, had knee surgery. I am thinking she may have had a replacement done, she has been saying for a while now she is bone on bone. Wishing her a speedy and full recovery.

Suzanne posted mid-April and said she was having knee surgery around April 15th/16th.  

She's still recuperating and says she's coming along well.

It must have been a replacement, I never realized she had been out for a while already.

I had my knee replaced in 2019.  I was not ready to get back to work in 2 WEEKS!! 

Well, maybe the surgery has changed in the past 6 years where recovery is much quicker??

We are all different, I know of some who made this recovery seem a lot easier than others, and I know some who had both done and one recovery was much easier than the other one. I thought Suzanne had just had it done but maybe it was in April. I only heard Callie mention it today for the first time.

@Shelbelle   Very true.  I thought I saw Suzanne recently but I could be mistaken.  

I will say that my knee replacement recovery was easier than either of my 2 hip replacements. 

I wish Suzanne a speedy recovery and I'm sure she's return when she ready to do so.

You mean was Suzanne a Q host, yes she was in the mid 90's, gone in 2000 and went to HSN, first just as a Crafts host, then full time.

@Shelbelle  yes!!! Craft shows!  Oh, I loved those shows. I always tuned in, bought so many things.  One item we still use sometimes today, is the photo transfer they sold. Print a photo on paper, slap the glue on it ....transfer to shirt or material.  But I loved the other crafts

Suzanne announced on air that she was getting total knee replacement surgery.

I wish her the best.  I had my knee replaced and it was the best thing I ever did for myself.  I was fortunate that I recovered quickly.

I hope Suzanne does the same.
