Well, it makes no sense because it isn't very likely to be true.

 

We all have OPINIONS and most people here are happy to share them. 

 

However, when someone claims something to be FACT, yet is unable to provide any information, or verifiable source, it begins to look like just nonsense.   The poster loses credibility and is less likely to be taken seriously.

 

People can tell the difference, no matter how adamantly someone claims something to be true, but has no evidence whatsoever, their credibility is gone.

I just got and did that pop up survey regarding the forums.  It will be interesting to see if anything changes.

There is more to being a 

good customer than just purchases.

 

I only occasionally make a purchase. One reason is the undependable slow shipping, but I will mention a Q item to a friend who will, not only purchase that item, but check out other Q items of interest to them.

 

The Forums keep QVC from being forgotten, just as commercials keep other businesses in mind.

I have done the survey a few times...sometimes it won't go away if I don't complete it.
