I got the survey and saw the video with Amy explaining the home page changes (which I already knew about), so I do not know what the survey is going to accomplish by us answering questions.

I got it and it did show me a video and asked about the video. I thought it was odd because it didn't really ask you if you LIKED the new homepage setup, lol. I liked part of the new homepage but the other half I did not.

I think that I got the survey yesterday or the day before.  I responded today.  It really did not ask for answers to any tough questions about the new QVC Home page.  Just a really benign survey not asking for any really hard responses to their questions.  A very weak survey in my opinion.
