I recently returned something, and got a recorded phone call telling me my item was received and a credit has been processed.  Maybe this is done with "higher" priced items.  This was a little under $200 not cheap, not sky high.  Is this something new for better customer service?

@GiantsLoverI'm sure it was legit because they had the correct amount to be credited.  Hope it was legit, anyway.

I’ve had it happen a lot within the last few months. I think it’s new, and it’s a good idea.

This idea was mentioned by QVC several months ago. Didn't know they actually decided to implement it. Thanks for the information.

Its a nice touch but it would require more CS Reps to make those calls....and who would pay for this......mmmmm...let me guess...us customers!
