In this guy's case, gun or no gun he may have killed her. I just read where he choked his other wife. These violent types will find a way. Granted it's easier with a gun but he shot her more than once so I think he would have killed her regardless

I saw something about arguing over money but that's very preliminary and I wouldn't give it a whole lot of credence.(SP)

The reason why I asked is if he was 'planning' on killing her, it's doubtful he would have done it with the children nearby. Very sad all the way around.
