Sadly, another statistic nobody wants to talk about. Women are 3 times more likely to be killed when there's a gun in the house, as opposed to those women who live in gun-free homes.

I love the edit.....and I stand by my remark....it is inexcusable to kill someone, i.e., your spouse in front of your children, who will likely be traumatized for life. If one is that angry, depressed, etc. get professional help.....

How about if one is that angry or depressed, don't keep guns in the home?
