Over a month ago I ordered shampoo from Routine, a brand I saw on Instagram. I 'm usually meticulous about keeping track of my orders, but this one went sideways. The tracking was stuck, and for some stupid reason I deleted my email notification. I couldn't even remember the name of the company. Well I went out to get my mail this AM, and low and behold there was the package. I had already figured I was out the money and there it was. I hope it's nice shampoo after all that.
