I will definitely watch the Super Bowl, but not the halftime show.  Ever since they started with all the performers who want to act like fools, I quit watching.

It's the same type of show every year. Nothing creative or original.

No thanks. Been hearing about the Superbowl, WM golf & Barrett car show for weeks now. Will be glad when February is over.  Not interested in any of it.  I'll watch the Puppy Bowl.

Lady GaGa's halftime performance was very good.

Prince ruled! I haven't seen any so far that was better than his show. Most halftime performances don't live up to the hype.

Re: Super Bowl Half Time Show

I don't care about football.

I never, ever watch the Super Bowl.

I ALWAYS watch the Half Time Show.

I have only been disappointed once- Adam Levine.

You cannot say the creativity and amazing effects and coordination aren't off the charts. I love it, though it's only short lived.

I bow this year to Queen Rihanna. She just had a baby- you can bet she's working hard for this.

I haven't enjoyed a halftime show since Lady GaGa.  We don't plan to watch the halftime show this year.

I've only watched one half-time show, Springsteen in 2009.  Don't watch the game, don't watch the show.  The puppy bowl is much better.

Re: Super Bowl Half Time Show

At my ripe age, I still do not fully understand how the game of football is played and I still don't exhibit any ambition to master it.

BUT...

I always watch the Super Bowl (I'm in and out for the game itself) and always watch the half-tme show (I try not to miss a moment).  Some years the show is more enjoyable than others, but some movies are better than others just as some concerts are better than others.

One memorable show was that of U2 after 9/11.  It not only helped to galvanize our nation, I believe, but also helped us to heal our wounded national soul.  And U2 is Irish.

For my money, the best Super Bowl half-time show I ever experienced was that of the phenomenal Prince.  Too exquisite for words.  You had to have been there.

Re: Super Bowl Half Time Show

I don't watch the game itself but I do try to remember to flip over to watch the half-time show.  I'm looking forward to Rhianna!!
