I'm glad she was found guilty.
I think she needs to be somewhere where she gets psychiatric help. There is something very wrong with a person like this.
I'm not sure she belongs in prison, but she for sure doesn't belong out in society!

We know she knew it was wrong because she tried to cover her tracks. I think I heard his family is suing her family for civil violations as well.
I agree. It's not like she told him once to kill himself. She told him constantly over 2 months time. She googled ways for him to do it. She texted him daily asking if today was going to be the day.
She obviously has her own problems because I don't even try to understand how someone could do that.
To me, the message it sends is that the punishment is almost non-existent, so go for it 😡

Manslaughter is nothing to sneeze at but let's be honest, virtually nobody serves two decades for a single charge.

Actually serving, as in cannot be released "for good behavior", time served and all that kwap, for 5-7 years would be sufficient AFAIC. The message the sentence she received sends is "cool, no biggie."

She was crying for herself. There is something really wrong with her mentally. She never showed remorse. She only got a light sentence. I'm hoping there will be felony shown on her record in the future. I heard the judge add that she can not profit from her crime. I also want that family to after her in a wrongful death suit.
