I'm not good at knowing varieties of plants and b&shes (you cant type that word on here).
My husband is but of course he says I don't know what kind. Anyway,.. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a plant or I guess I mean a small b&sh? I want to plant something on each side of my parents grave stone so there is something there "all the time". BUT...
It cant be one that grows huge because their stone is the flat type. Now it does stand raised off the ground and its not those totally flat ones (if you know what I mean) but its not the medium high or the real high tall ones because they dont allow those high stones anymore here.
The reason I want to do this is, we plant flowers (planted more today again) but they go over them with the lawn mower until we come back and boom there goes the flowers. So it looks empty after they mow until we go again.
(I had put wooden crosses there too with flowers on the crosses, AND I set medium flower pots there too already but they take them off when its time for the next holiday). I am glad they take such good care of the cemetery (but I see others have b&shes planted and they dont mow those down, some are hostas but they seem a little bit too large).
Well I just want their grave site to look respectable. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
