Oh dear........I guess the news hasn't gotten around that cholesterol from eating foods which contain it does not always and may not at all affect blood levels of harmful cholesterol.
And believe it or not, scientific literature has even reported that dietary sodium doesn't always affect blood pressure. In fact, a certain amount of sodium is necessary for human life.
Some people might find too much sodium raises blood pressure........but maybe not everyone.
