I try to control what I can, to the extent that I can. One of the things we've been warned about is the possibility of cyber attacks - on the power grid, the banking system, etc. We get paper statements for most of our financial accounts except for our checking account. To that end, I ran a virus scan, then printed a screen shot of our checking account statement. We've got some cash and a decent amount of food on hand. Next on the agenda is to fill up our cars. That's as much as I can control at this point, so I won't worry about anything else. Serenity now.
