So many things going on in our country and the world --- stressful.  I would elaborate but it would get into poltical areas as well and I don't want to be zapped!  The news is just so depressing.  I want to stay informed but after a bit I just have to turn it off!

@AngelPuppy1   no question we are living in stressful times, but for some reason I am having flashbacks to other stressful times in my lifetime.  What they all seem to have In common is that there just doesn't seem I can do much to change things.  It's that lack of control that disconcerts me most.  I like feeling as if I know where I am going and how to get there.  It's so hard to do that right now.

The same with me!  It's seeing all these things happening and unfolding before you and having absolutely no say or control --- that's very hard to take!  I watch these things and read about these things and I think ---- what?  It's very obvious that what is happening is so wrong and so damaging, how can all of this be allowed to happen?  I just wish I could shake the people who are in control and say --- wake up --- look what you are doing or allowing to happen!!!  Having things foisted on you which are not in your best interest is not a good feeling.
