@Tori3569  - I agree.  That list seems to be normal return shipping fees, most of which have probably been in place for quite some time.

 

Also, @Suzeecat - regarding Kohl's.  I just made a return at the store today.  No charge; no restocking fee.  Had it been an online purchase that I wanted to mail back, I would've been charged return shipping.  But even online purchases, if returned to a store - no charge.

 

The 15% restocking fee you mentioned, only pertains to large items shipped freight.  And, if the item you received was defective or damaged, you are not charged the restocking fee.

 

I don't think the charges listed are particularly new.

I think 30 days is plenty of time.

 

However you have to watch the terms because some will say 30 days when order was shipped and others will say from when it was delivered.

 

Those few days can make a difference.
