Still says in Transit to UPS facility

I ordered my item on November 23rd 2014 and they emailed saying it was shipped the 26th. I still have not gotten my item and says in transit to ups facility still. Has anyone else had this issue? Should I reorder or leave it alone?

Don't reorder it - if it was shipped, then you have been charged for it and if you reorder, you will be charged again! Call CS and have them track it. Most likely they will say it is on the truck or something and will be delivered by the EDD. If it is past the delivery date, they may credit it and send you another one. But, you need to call CS and see what they say. This time of year, and with bad weather, I am guessing they will tell you to wait a few more days and see if it shows up. The Tracking info is not that reliable.

I ordered an item from a company and I had the same response as you for well over a week. I contacted the company and they checked it out for me and it ended up being delivered the next day. Apparently the package's progress wasn't updated regularly.

Sometimes the tracking isn't updated as it should be. If it were, say, an eBay seller whose package was marked as shipped with the post office, but there was no real tracking showing, then I'd be suspicious (I've had two no shows that way). But UPS have never lost a parcel of mine, and eventually the tracking does catch up.

One of my orders also got lost and ended up in a post office in the Bronx. They sat on it for a couple days instead of sending it off to Nevada. When they finally did send it on its way it was shipped via Harrisburg. Stupid, incompetent people! Qvc blamed the post office and they blamed Qvc stating they placed it on the wrong pallet.

I had one recently that never got beyond ""shipping info sent"". CS finally sent me another. Now I've got one that's been ""in process"" for a week but I can't cancel it because it's in process.

I just got a delivery from Amazon, 13 hours after I ordered it.

QVC has never been known for their fast delivery.

Yes this happened to me last week, when I placed an Amazon order on a Sunday afternoon, and had it Monday morning! qvc ought to try to hire some amazon employees.

They are stuck in such a rut with their expensive, slow delivery system.

Same here September. I placed the order at about 8pm last night and it was delivered about 11am today. I am really impressed with everything about Amazon.

Great prices and fast delivery!! Can't beat that. ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$
