I ordered the OrPaz ring that was in process for a week. It shipped 01/03/16 and the edd was 1/08/16. There is no tracking information on the order. I cannot cancel but have not received it. Today is 01/12/16. What's up with this?

I ordered the OrPaz ring, also, as a gift. It was due yesterday but is still not here.

Called customer service today and they had the same info on the order as I do. They told me I had to wait 13 days from ship date which will be 01/16/16 to see if it arrives. If it doesn't arrive they will credit my account and replace the order,however it will be on waitlist. Noel7 that's the update.

Hi emalyn,

I just got off the phone with customer service. My last order, a necklace, was due yesterday. Not only did it not arrive, it now has a notice saying there is no tracking data available for it.

I finally got the Or Paz ring from the post office. It's really nice (Citrine). I hope you get yours soon!

FYI:

The QVC policy is that they will not look into the problem or do anything about it until it is TWO WEEKS AFTER THE DUE DATE and you still haven't received it.

I called earlier about the necklace due by the 13th which I still haven't received. The order form tells me there is no tracking available.

CS told me I have to wait until after January 25th to ask for something to be done about it.
