@Noel7 ~ I am not going to stress about it......but your post jogged my memory and I looked at my order list and saw that.....more importantly I ordered a rowenta iron the other day and it's on its way!!!! No iron??? - got anxiety?? HAHAHA!

I had an item 6 days "IN PROCESS" CS said the warehouse was behind. I did cancel the order, maybe they did me a favor, I really can DO WITHOUT the item.

I have found that the update from 'in process' to 'shipped' might not be updated in real time. There are items that I got delivered the same day they were supposedly shipped! Obviously they had been shipped earlier, but the website had not been updated on order status. Hope you get it in time for your gift giving!

I could go a lot longer without an iron than I could without a vacuum, and I need a new one of those right now. We have Persian rugs and two Persian cats, I vacuum a lot!
I have an upright Hoover which all of a sudden feels like it weighs several hundred pounds to push around. I want to get a lightweight Shark, but that will take some time to check out.

I fell madly in love with an item that was originally a TSV, and right before Christmas was a LTS.
It was available in three colors,and I ordered one of each.
Two of the three orders came Christmas Eve Day, and I LOVE THEM!
The third color was in process for two weeks, so I called CS.
CS has re-sent a new order, and now the NEW order has been "in process" for almost a week.
I've ordered it a THIRD time at the clearance price, and THAT order is "in process".
The fulfilled orders have proven to me that the third is definitely well worth the wait.
BUT I WANT MY THIRD ORDER AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!!
