Add me to the IN PROCESS CLUB. I bought a pair of earrings last week and it's still IN PROCESS. Since QVC hasn't charged my credit card yet I assume they've yet to ship.
There were a few items I ordered before Christmas that were still listed as IN PROCESS on the web site after they showed up in my mail box. Ultimately shipping updated to show that QVC had shipped each of them out the day after the order was placed.
Baffling. I wish the shipping updates were more accurate on the QVC web site. The other retail web sites I purchase things from (Walmart.com, Amazon, etc.) seem to have no problem displaying accurate tracking information.

I cancelled the earrings that I ordered a week ago and never shipped. They were "as is" and who knows in what condition they would arrive. Anyhow there's a pair of earrings on Bluenile that are calling to me. They ship promptly and provide tracking.

My "second try" order has only been "in process" for 5 business days, but TODAY is the date of the EDD.
Mail delivery in my small town area is only so-so.
We'll see what today's mail brings.
NO DELIVERY TODAY- 6th business day.

Over 2 weeks for an IT Cosmetics item.....I just cancelled it.

Maybe someone from QVC will see this and realize their customers are not happy with the process system.

Here's the latest:
I have an item, for myself this time, EIGHT DAYS, STILL IN PROCESS.
The two gifts I ordered December 31 are past the delivery date and still not here.
QVC: How about hiring seasonal help?

I called customer service about it yesterday, she was very nice but said there is no way to see what the hold-up is.
That seems like a serious flaw in the system.

I ordered the Kleva knife sharpeners duo in the as is section. They arrived in 3 days. They might have been an on air demo model, but they came perfectly wrapped in bubble wrap and they work great. $18 out the door on 3 easy pays, can't beat that. saved about $10.
